Hi, I’m Ophir. I design and build websites in Framer, Webflow and Claude Code.

Ophir, the designer behind UXUIKIT, smiling in his office chair

I started as a front-end developer, and over time I realized I love designing more than writing code. Since then, for more than ten years, I’ve worked with startups and businesses on websites, product design and marketing, in-house and as a freelancer.

Let’s talk

I teach design and web development on YouTube

How I work

  • Research before design

Before I design, I study your competitors’ websites: what they promise, how they’re built, and what keeps repeating across all of them. The research ends in clear conclusions for your design, not a list of links.

  • End to end

I design and build it myself, so there’s no gap between the design and the site: what you approve is what goes live.

  • A thinking partner

I’ll tell you what works well and what doesn’t, and explain why. We won’t always agree, but the final decision is yours.

Your website isn’t an expensive decoration. It’s where people decide to buy, or leave.

What clients say about me

I had a great experience working with Ophir on my portfolio website. He’s professional and reliable, and he brought creative ideas that greatly improved the final result. Ophir understood my vision quickly, and the site I got exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend working with him!

Process

First, I understand where you are → then I build the clearest path to where you’re going.

Already have a design in Figma? Skip straight to step 4.

  1. Intro call and a clear proposal

    • Your business and audience
    • Site goals
    • Checking the fit
    • A proposal with scope and price

A 20-minute call. You tell me about the business, the audience, what the site needs to do and which pages you need, and I ask the questions that help me see the full picture. If it’s a good fit, you get a clear proposal with the scope, price and timeline.

    A clear proposalAt the end

  2. Research and page structure

    • Competitor research
    • Wireframe in Figma
    • A round of comments
    • Your approval before moving on

I start with competitor research, and based on it I build the page structure (a wireframe): what appears, in what order, and the message of each part, with no colors or design yet. You get it within 5 business days of the deposit.

    An approved structureAt the end

  3. Full design for your approval

    • Design in Figma
    • Revision rounds
    • Every page
    • Approval before the build

Based on the approved structure, I design the page in Figma: colors, typography, images and all the small details. This is where the revision rounds happen. On a multi-page site, every page goes through the same path: structure, then design. We move on to the build only once you’ve approved the whole design.

    An approved designAt the end

  4. The build, with a live progress link

    • A one-to-one build
    • Animations
    • Responsive
    • SEO
    • CMS where needed

The approved design becomes a real website, one to one: animations, responsive layouts, SEO, and a CMS for content that changes, if needed. As soon as the first page is built, you get a live link, so you can follow along and comment as it goes. I fix bugs and deviations from the approved design without limit.

    A launch-ready siteAt the end

  5. Launch and training until the site is live

    • Domain setup
    • Final checks
    • Going live
    • Team training
    • Support after launch

We connect the domain, run final checks on desktop, tablet and mobile, and the site goes live. Then a short training session for your team, so you can update the site yourselves. And after launch, I’m available for bug fixes and questions throughout the support period.

    A live websiteAt the end

Let’s talk

Who it’s for

A good fit if

  • You’re a startup, studio or service business that needs a site for a launch, a fundraise or a rebrand
  • You’re looking for a partner with judgment, not someone who just follows instructions
  • You have the copy and materials, or you know who will write them
  • You want a site designed specifically for you, not a template

Less of a fit if

  • You need an online store, or a system with complex server-side logic
  • You also need branding or copywriting from scratch
  • You expect unlimited changes, even after the design is approved
  • You need a site within a few days, or at the lowest possible price

FAQ

Which tools do you work with?

I design in Figma and build in Framer, Webflow or code with Claude Code. The tool depends on the project and on who will maintain the site afterwards, and we’ll choose what’s right for you together on the call.

Why not a $150 landing page?

A $150 page is usually a ready-made template with your content dropped in. With me, every page starts from competitor research, a goal and an audience, is designed from scratch in Figma and is built around what you want visitors to do. It’s a different product, not a pricier version of the same thing.

Why not build the site myself with AI?

You can, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. But the result will usually be generic, and someone still has to decide what works and what doesn’t. Getting AI to a precise design takes a lot of time on prompts, examples and corrections, and that time costs you money. I work with AI myself, so you get its speed together with a designer’s decisions, and you’re free to focus on what you do best.

What if we don’t like the design?

That’s why we work in stages. First we approve the page structure, then the design, with set revision rounds, and only then do we move on to the build.

How many revision rounds are there?

The rounds are on the design: a landing page gets 2 rounds, and a full site gets 2 rounds for the home page and 1 for the other pages. Before that there’s a round of comments on the page structure, which doesn’t count. During the build, I fix bugs and deviations from the approved design without limit. A build from an existing Figma design gets 1 revision round. Changes beyond that are priced separately.

How long does a project take?

A landing page from scratch, including research, design and build: 3–4 weeks. A build from an existing design: up to a week. A full site: 6–8 weeks. The pace also depends on you: the faster your comments and approvals arrive, the sooner the site goes live.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit at the start, and the balance before the site goes live.

Who writes the copy?

The copy is your responsibility. If it isn’t ready yet, I start with placeholder text and swap in the real copy when it arrives.

Can we update the site ourselves after launch?

Yes. In Framer and Webflow your team can easily update text, images, posts and job listings, and I give you a training session at the end of the project. For a site built in code, we’ll agree up front on how it gets updated. And if you’d like, there’s also a monthly maintenance plan.

What happens on the intro call?

20 minutes. You tell me about the business and what the site needs to do, and we see if it’s a good fit. If you already have a website, you’ll also leave with a few notes on it.

Not sure what your website needs? Let’s figure it out together.
